單詞用法
search的基本意思是“搜查”，指懷著發(fā)現(xiàn)某物的希望而認(rèn)真、深入地尋找或調(diào)查，多指搜索、檢查犯罪的人或違禁的、丟失的東西。強(qiáng)調(diào)所用的努力及其徹底性，含有對立或不滿的意味，用于比喻可表示“冥思苦想”等。
search既可用作及物動詞，也可用作不及物動詞。
用作及物動詞時，其后可跟人、房屋、衣袋等名詞或代詞作賓語。
search的目的物常用for引出，而搜尋的地方常用介詞through引出。
